Fructose-1,6-Diphosphate (sodium salt) also called as D-Fructose 1,6-bisphosphate trisodium salt, is white crystalline powder. It is stable at normal temperature and easily decomposes fructose and phosphate at high temperature. Easily soluble in water but insoluble in ethanol.
